Totally lost? Need some guidance? Some people work best when they have someone to bounce ideas off of or to keep them motivated. Before you roll your eyes and say you're not "that guy", ask yourself this: When you're at the gym working out, do you work harder and get more done if a trainer is there watching and pushing, making sure you don't cut corners and don't give up?
